There are many symbols that can be perceived at Christmas time, which is also the time when many cultures
from the Northern Hemisphere celebrate the Winter Solstice. I tried to leave the religious context and bring lightness and simplicity.

A wooden structure that resembles the hollow structure, a place of shelter and indigenous protection. Upside down it makes reference to the manger, place of shelter and protection of the divine child, symbolizing the welcoming of the divine, of life, of dreams, of the future.

The hollow is made of several trunks tied to each other with bark, the "manger" was made with strips of wood tied with buriti threads, symbolizing that we are many, but if we are not united we cannot structure ourselves.

Buriti threads hang from the “sky” natural and saffron-dyed, for symbolize the sun, the divine light, the life that flows in a constant stream. Not looking separate sense, they can be read as the path to divine light, or in other words, a welcome child of ours no cradle has possibilities for a better future.

Busquei sair do contexto religioso e trazer leveza e simplicidade.
